Prosecutors with Firearms

They won't even let me carry a cell phone in to the courthouse and the next time we have a jury trial Tom might be packing heat. Not cool.

Now I can never turn my back on a prosecutor ever again.

Defense counsel, almost always.

I used to have a unlimited concealed carry permit when I did drug prosecutions. I never worried about running into defendant I had put away, everyone of them understood the risks involved in drug trafficking and just did the time. Girlfriends, on the other hand. . . . In my single days I was something of a night owl -- and I carried most of the time when I was out at the super K/Wal-Mart, 24 hour diner, or similar place after 10 p.m. of so. Haven't felt any pressing need since then.
