A federal judge in Alexandria is holding prosecutors to the law and tossing out "evidence" which is innappropriate -
in a murder case.
Judge Lee is to be commended for enforcing the law even when it is not popular to do so. I doubt any of this would have been excluded in the State courts wherein I practice.
