Into every State's history some strange laws must enter.
In Missouri it shall soon be legal to jump into the water and wrestle with giant catfish. For those of you who don't quite get what that entails, picture diving under water and wrestling something which can weigh up to 150 pounds in an attempt to get it out of the water (where you cannot breath) and onto land (where it cannot).
