Just like you have to have a permit to own a gun, why not a permit to own a dog?<BR/><BR/>I don't agree with the 25lb limit though... My Betsy, a 20 lb beagle, is just about the best damn rabbit dog I've ever owned, and she definitely doesn't qualify with all the other little yippers.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
