Sifrit case: Cross examination raises doubts as to prosecution assertions.


Virginia death case makes press in Britain: "Teresa Lewis became the first woman on Virginia's death row in more than 90 years when she was sentenced to die for hiring two men to kill her husband and adult stepson."

A judge ruled it wasn't murder when an officer has an accident that kills him as he acts to try and stop you from escaping. Obviously, this is not true in all cases.
