Up is down, Black is White, The Left Coast is sentencing more harshly than Virginia. Wait a second, you say, that last part cannot be true. But it is. A Virginia judge sentenced a 17 year old who committed murder and participated in the shooting and attempted shooting of a number of people to 40 years in prison. Meanwhile, in California a judge has sentenced a 16 year old to life in prison without possibility of parole because he fired at pursuing police officers but did not even hit anyone.
