"The African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights (ACHPR) has vindicated Botswana from the charge of abuse of human rights over the hanging of murderess Marietta Bosch. Bosch was hanged on March 31, 2001, after she was convicted and sentenced to death for the premeditated murder of Maria Wolmarans."
