Death - Jordan:
"A military court upheld a guilty verdict and death sentence for the third time Monday against a Jordanian-American convicted of conspiring to carry out poison gas attacks on American and Israeli targets in Jordan three years ago.
The verdict came nearly six months after an appeals court urged a retrial, saying military judges in the State Security Court 'violated trial proceedings' when they upheld a guilty verdict and death sentence against Raed Hijazi, 33, in an earlier review of the case in January."
