In America, we believe that our rights come from God - and the government’s role is to protect those rights. We cannot allow ourselves to fall into the trap of thinking that the government that could not protect us on 9-11 can now be trusted in all matters relating to the war on terrorism. Americans have to keep a close watch on what the government is doing on their behalf.
