Stretching the Jurisdictional Boundries

I'm just a little bit curious as to how a federal judge in New York intends to enforce a subpoena against someone living and working in Cairo, Egypt.

    Four words: Hague Convention, and letters rogatory

    Difficult, but not impossible. This is what the rest of us lawyers get paid to do.
