That's just sad. I do not understand this refusal to honor Gideon and equate prosecutors and public defenders, enabling attorneys to provide competent representation.
Wow. Here in the great state of Oklahoma, the PD's get paid much more than the ADA's.
Well, in the Commonwealth of Virginia we have correctly ordered priorities. We like to punish the guilty.
