It takes a little bit to load. If anyone knows how I can get it to load and play at the same time I would appreciate the information.

    WAV format at 21.5 MB promises a lot. Conversion to mp3 or ogg would save all a lot of bandwidth if you want to stay with a static solution. Streaming is definately worth looking into.
