I saw this teacher on the "Today Show" last year when he and his students helped to reopen the case about the three murdered civil rights workers in Mississippi.
I was not familiar with the Clyde Kennard case, but it really seems to be one of the most sickening examples of racist justice ever. I was glad to send an email to the Governors of Mississippi and Illinois from the easy links on the website. I encourage you all to do the same!
By the way, did you notice the teacher's name is not listed anywhere on the site? Talk about a humble hero!
Amazing!
