Huh? There's a perfect defense here. Everyone who works in criminal law (judge, prosecutor, defense attorney, policeman) knows that you don't eat at Waffle Houses, Huddle Houses, or any similar place where 99% of the employees have been defendants. It's common knowledge and the officer assumed the risk.
