Well at least the Reds aren't being prosecuted

The prosecutor chooses not to pursue charges on a Reds pitcher (or, I guess now he's a River Bats pitcher).

I know everyone expected the prosecutor you mentioned to be me.

Well, I would love to prosecute the Reds for all the pain they've caused me.
