Hi, Ken- From the criminal defense perspective -- rather than the police perspective provided in your link -- I have warned about "Never Get Busted" here: http://tinyurl.com/ynqome .
On the other hand, I highly recommend the "Busted" video by FlexYourRights, which is available for free on YouTube, and is linked to my Underdog Blog below the "Know Your Rights" box.
The "Never Get Busted" video is not about how to avoid traffic stops but about how to avoid getting busted for drug possession during a traffic stop. I didn't hear Officer Gary say anything about finding drugs, did you? I don't think so.
The picture of the video cover shown in Officer Gary's website is not the flex-your-rights video mentioned by John Katz. The "Never Get Busted Again" video "stars" and is produced by a former drug enforcement agent.
I suggest that driving around with the "Never Get Busted" or "Flex Your Rights" videos is a pretty surefire way to cause a cop to "manufacture" probable cause if he had none, or to make an arrest that would not have otherwise occurred.
