The Hooters girl murder trial ended with a not guilty finding after only a hour and fourty five minutes of jury deliberation.

Only in the twisted thinking of a defense attorney could a "not guilty" finding be called a score for the "good guys--" it's the OJ problem of equating "not guilty" (a legalism) with "innocent"(a moral quality). As a defense attorney you certainly understand that the vast majority of criminal defendants are in fact both guilty legally and "not innocent" morally.
