DNA - Conviction - Retest - Courts Not Prosecutors
In Ohio the Supreme Court has ruled that it is a power of the courts, and the courts alone, to decide whether someone who has been convicted can have DNA tested.
A statute allowing prosecutors to make that choice has been struck down
