You cannot sue the devil unless you can limit the class and find a valid location for the marshalls to serve him (
Mayo v. Satan and His Staff). However, you can sue someone - in Iowa - who infers that you are a "
blaming, negative and unhappy person . . . tearing down the spirit of Jesus Christ [and putting] 'the spirit of Satan' [to] work in the church." (just call me Dowd).
Iowa's Supreme Court has over stepped its grounds and entered into church business. Hope we hear more about how this comes out.
