Hey Man, I would if I could, but no election in the Bluegrass state today. I could drive over the hill to Virginia and try to vote, but I'm pretty sure that could get me into trouble.
Only if they catch you.Hmmm . . . I guess I should have specified which Commonwealth for those readers from Kentucky, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Australia, New Zealand, Cameroon, the Bahamas, Lesotho, &cetera. If you are in the Commonwealth of Virginia, birthplace of Washington, Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, Harrison, Tyler, Taylor, & Wilson, go vote. GO NOW!
Since I'm out here on the Virginia Frontier (Grundy, VA) I voted about a month ago (absentee ballot!). I'm a good 7 hours from my registered polling place!
A 7 hour drive on a day as beautiful as today was, 15 minutes to vote, and a 7 hour drive back. It's doable. Heck, you'd probably even have a couple hours left over to study.
