Judge throws out rape case after prosecutor late to court

A judge who threw out a rape charge when the prosecutor was 45 minutes late for court said on Tuesday that she won't handle the case if the defendant is re-indicted.

I posted on this case too...I wish there was more in depth reporting on it. I'd like to know more about what led up to the incident.
