Bribery, favors, and political corruption.
(2) Governmental agencies are trying to break attorney-client privilige. In at least one case the IRS obtained an order,
in an ex parte proceeding no less, to try and force a law firm to break the privilige and betray its clients. The firm has declined and the IRS is mulling over the possibility of further actions.
